Each piece may have natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture.

Discontinue products at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required before work begins on custom orders.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Custom Work

Custom furniture and made-to-order items are final sale.
By placing a custom order, you agree to the design, dimensions, and specifications discussed prior to build.
Changes after work has begun may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Estimated completion times are not guaranteed but will be communicated as accurately as possible.

5. Shipping & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
Local pickup arrangements must be completed within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

7. Product Care & Use

Our products are intended for normal household use.
Proper care is required to maintain the quality and longevity of wood products.
