Return & Refund Policy

Custom Furniture (Tables, Dressers, etc.)

  • All custom furniture sales are final. Each piece is built to order based on your specifications, making it non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your build slot, materials, and labor.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and must be paid before pickup or delivery.
  • Damage or defects: If your item arrives with damage or a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup with photos. We will work with you to repair or resolve the issue.
  • Natural variations: Wood is a natural material. Grain patterns, color variation, and minor movement over time are not considered defects.

All Other Products (Cutting Boards, Charcuterie Boards, Shelving, Accessories, etc.)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
  • Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is covered in Restocking Fee.
  • Damaged or defective items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will make it right (replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation).
